It’s possible to export FBX using Autodesk Navisworks, but if you have huge structure, then you will get a problem.
I wrote this small plugin, to export selected element members to fbx file.
Just copy that folder with .dll inside to ‘D:Program FilesAutodeskNavisworks Manage 2017Plugins’ or wherever you installed your program.
